Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accomplish work orders pertaining to regular maintenance, fixes, and services from skilled trades.
• Establish productive lines of communication with account handlers and customer representatives at Climbia Enterprise LLC for optimized interactions.
• Access the in-house work-order oversight app to stay informed about job developments, paperwork management, and financial transactions.
• Guarantee that all projects meet safety requirements and maintain quality standards.
• Be willing to be flexible in accepting projects based on your time and where you are located.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidates should have a background in one or more of the trades listed: electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, painting, or general repairs.
• Reliable transport and essential tools for completing assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills, coupled with effective time allocation.
• It is advised to have General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, and individuals have the option to opt in if they wish.
• Devotion to delivering high-quality service with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.

Salary:

Rates are adaptable and subject to discussion either per project or hourly, providing the chance for expenses linked to the job to be covered. There is also the alternative of acquiring insurance for damages, which incurs a fee of 10% and extends the coverage up to $10,000.
