Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer maintenance services for facilities encompassing a range of trades including electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, painting, and various general repair tasks.
• Collaborate with Climbia Enterprise LLC to provide clients with top-notch and punctual services.
• Arrange your timetable to allow for adaptability when handling different tasks at work.
• Employ Climbia’s app for work order management to streamline project monitoring and billing processes.
• Arrange the organization of materials, transportation, toll fees, parking arrangements, and on-site evaluations for every project.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general handyman maintenance.
• Demonstrated capacity to operate autonomously and efficiently handle time.
• Having dependable means of transportation and essential equipment for work is crucial.
• Acceptable insurance coverage includes General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or opting for Climbia’s insurance policy.

Salary:

Rates are open for discussion, and they can be either per hour or per project, with all costs such as materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments included. Payments will be made via direct deposit, with a payment term of seven days. There will be a 10% reduction in fees to cover Climbia’s insurance, providing coverage for damages up to $10,000.
