Job Summary of Inventory Control Clerk:

In a fast-paced and climate-controlled distribution center, this position provides essential support for warehouse operations. Its key function is to aid in the shipment of products to nearly 400 retail stores throughout the country. Be prepared to be on your feet for the majority of your shift, actively contributing to the precise and efficient handling of goods.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Inventory Control Clerk:

• Place items onto semi-trailers for delivery after they come off the conveyor belt.
• Categorize and stack cases according to the labels provided on them.
• Offload items from tractor-trailers onto conveyor belts.
• Always check the cartons for damage and review the product contents for accuracy prior to unloading.
• Observe safety guidelines and standard procedures for operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Inventory Control Clerk:

• Individuals are required to be at least 18 years of age.
• - Availability required for a full-time position from Monday to Friday, starting in the afternoon and ending at midnight, with the option for additional work outside regular hours.
• Capable of routinely hoisting weights of up to 50 pounds and continuously handling weights of up to 30 pounds.
• Skilled at executing physical activities like climbing, bending, and kneeling with ease.
• Aptitude to function effectively on one’s own or as part of a team when fulfilling duties in a warehouse setting.

Base wage: $16.50 per hour
