Annuity Planning Analyst
Job Summary:
Contribute to the financial well-being of military members and their families by working as a Mid-level Retirement Income Specialist for USAA. Assess members' retirement income needs, provide expert guidance, and make prudent recommendations to help them achieve financial stability.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supply guidance on retirement planning via various channels such as phone consultations or text communications.
- Formulate individualized retirement income strategies that reflect members' objectives for income growth, stability, and preservation.
- Discuss the potential advantages and disadvantages of rolling over retirement accounts from previous employers into an IRA or Roth IRA.
- Use outbound communication to support team members with various tasks and follow up on past discussions.
- By prioritizing the adherence to compliance policies and regulations, organizations can project an image of trustworthiness and reliability to stakeholders and customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma is a must-have for this vacancy.
- Those who wish to offer financial advice are required to have the necessary licenses, namely the Maintenance of Life/Health license, FINRA Series 7 license, and FINRA Series 66 license (or 63 and 65).
- Applicants must show evidence of having obtained a minimum of four years of experience in either finance or sales.

- My expertise in conflict resolution, negotiation, and team leadership enables me to navigate complex and challenging situations with ease.

- The Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation is designed to help financial professionals achieve greater integration in financial planning for their clients and assist them in meeting their retirement income goals.
