Plumbing Contractor

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is seeking independent contractors skilled in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general handyman services. As a subcontractor, you will join our extensive network and work on facility maintenance projects for clients across more than 14 states. This role offers flexibility, consistent work opportunities, and collaboration with a trusted provider of integrated facilities management services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute facility maintenance and repair tasks based on your trade proficiency.
• Complete tasks as per work orders with efficiency and a commitment to superior quality.
• Streamline project monitoring and invoice management with the help of Climbia’s work-order app.
• Connect with Climbia’s account management professionals to facilitate the progress of projects.
• Manage the logistical aspects of materials, travel logistics, toll expenses, parking management, and on-site assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Established competency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance assignments.
• Adequate transportation and essential equipment are indispensable for carrying out assignments.
• Capability to autonomously carry out tasks while upholding professionalism in service delivery.
• Select either General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or enroll in Climbia’s insurance coverage.

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project Climbia covers materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments. Payment via direct deposit within 7 days of job completion. A 10% job deduction applies for Climbia’s insurance, covering site damages up to $10,000.
