Job Summary:

Professionals skilled in electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general handyman services are being sought after by Climbia Enterprise LLC. As a subcontractor, you will be integrated into a broad network and contribute to facility maintenance projects for clients in over 14 states. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance and repair tasks for facilities using your skilled trade knowledge.
• Fulfill work assignments promptly and maintain excellence in the final outcomes.
• Take advantage of Climbia’s app for work order management to track projects effectively and ensure seamless invoicing.
• Engage in regular discussions with Climbia’s account management personnel to guarantee project success.
• Administer the logistics pertaining to materials, travel organization, toll coverage, parking logistics, and on-site assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Established hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance services.
• Having reliable transportation and necessary tools are important components in fulfilling assignments.
• Being competent in working independently and adhering to professional service norms.
• Make a decision between General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or choose Climbia’s insurance option.

Salary:

The fees are open to negotiation, either on an hourly basis or for individual projects, Climbia encompasses costs for materials, transportation, tolls, parking, and evaluations. Payment will be settled through direct deposit within a week following the job’s completion. A 10% cut from the job’s earnings goes towards Climbia’s insurance, providing coverage for site damages up to $10,000.
