Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC, known for its expertise in facility maintenance and general contracting, is on the lookout for independent subcontractors to join their network. These subcontractors will offer specialized services in various trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs. Their services will cater to commercial clients in the northeast as part of Climbia Enterprise LLC’s Integrated Facilities Management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver maintenance services for facilities that involve different trades such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, and painting
• Meet client-defined guidelines to achieve efficient and superior task completion
• Utilize Climbia’s app to manage work orders, track tasks, and handle invoicing with ease
• Coordinate with Climbia’s account managers to maintain open communication channels and track the advancement of tasks
• Preserve safety standards and professionalism at client sites

Qualifications and Experience:

• Verified proficiency in one or more of the indicated trades such as electrical work, plumbing repairs, HVAC services, painting projects, and general handyman duties
• Displaying a diligent attitude towards work and capability for independent work
• Secure ways to travel and necessary tools for conducting business
• Valid documentation is a prerequisite for working legally in the U.S
• Having General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance is favored, or the availability of enrolling in Climbia’s insurance plan is offered
