Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch maintenance services for facilities encompassing tasks like electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repair work.
• Make sure tasks are carried out with efficiency, safety, and in alignment with client requirements.
• Employ Climbia’s app for managing work orders to monitor assignments, interact with customers, and send out billing statements.
• Work closely with account managers to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
• Adhere to safety regulations when carrying out responsibilities at customer locations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Established background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance services.
• Capacity to work autonomously, equipped with essential resources and dependable means of transportation.
• Qualifications for employment in the United States are required.
• Possessing either General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance is a necessity, alternatively, individuals can choose to enroll in Climbia’s insurance protection.
