HVAC Operator

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is looking to partner with independent contractors for various facility maintenance and general contracting projects. Contractors will handle tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs while serving regional and national multi-site organizations. This partnership allows contractors to be part of Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs and gain access to a steady stream of work.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute jobs encompassing several trades like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general fixing projects
• Engage with Climbia Enterprise LLC account managers to coordinate tasks and address client requests promptly
• Utilize Climbia’s application for work-order management to track progress effectively and streamline invoicing procedures
• Manage job-related logistics by coordinating materials, arranging travel logistics, covering toll expenses, and ensuring parking needs are met
• Deliver prompt and premium assistance to customers

Qualifications and Experience:

• Skill set acquired through specializing in a trade like electrical work, plumbing tasks, HVAC services, or general repair work
• Trustworthy, competent, and detail-focused
• The aptitude to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively
• Having the appropriate tools and access to reliable modes of transportation
• General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance coverage, or accessing Climbia’s insurance policy

Salary:

Variable rates are on offer with the choice between hourly or per-project charges that include costs for materials, travel, tolls, and parking. Payment processing is conducted through direct deposit with a NET 7 payment period. A percentage of the charges, set at 10%, is assigned to Climbia’s insurance to cover damages up to $10,000.
