Plumbing Operator

Job Summary:

Your role will involve providing a wide range of facility maintenance services, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general handyman repairs. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out facility maintenance duties across various trades such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and general repairs
• Team up with Climbia’s team to deliver services to clients on time and with a high level of quality
• Adjust your work hours flexibly to cater to the requirements of your clients
• Benefit from Climbia’s state-of-the-art application for work-order management, ideal for tracking projects and managing invoices effectively
• Maintain on-site compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Administer logistics tasks for projects, covering areas like material handling, travel logistics, toll expenses, and parking coordination

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience with electrical tasks, plumbing projects, HVAC repairs, painting assignments, and general maintenance work
• Established reputation for reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Proficient in managing tasks autonomously and efficiently allocating time
• Possessing the required tools and having access to dependable transportation
• Suitable General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance (or utilize Climbia’s insurance stipulations)

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project all expenses (materials, travel, tolls, parking, assessments) covered. Payment via direct deposit (NET 7). A 10% deduction applies for Climbia’s insurance, covering damages up to $10,000.
