Seeking partnerships with independent contractors, Climbia Enterprise LLC offers opportunities in facility maintenance and general contracting projects. These projects involve duties like electrical work, plumbing, HVAC services, painting, and general repairs, serving regional and national multi-site entities. Contractors can leverage this collaboration to be part of Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management initiatives and secure a continuous workload.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver a diverse set of services encompassing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work
• Liaise with account managers at Climbia Enterprise LLC to understand the job scope and client demands
• Employ Climbia’s work-order management app for tracking progress and improving invoicing efficiency
• Administer all job logistics, encompassing supplies, travel arrangements, toll expenses, and parking coordination
• Provide clients with efficient and top-quality support

Qualifications and Experience:

• Competence in trades such as electrical tasks, plumbing work, HVAC maintenance, or general repairs
• Trusty, proficient, and attentive to details
• Being able to work independently and adjust to various time frames
• Availability of required instruments and conveyance options
• Choosing between Climbia’s insurance policy or General Liability and Workers’ Compensation coverage

Salary:

Flexible payment rates are available, which can be arranged either on an hourly basis or per project undertaken. Any expenses including materials, travel costs, tolls, and parking charges will be compensated. Payments will be processed via direct deposit within a timeframe of NET 7 days. A 10% fee will be deducted to cover insurance in Climbia, protecting against damages up to $10,000.
