Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Key Holder:

• Prioritize customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional service experiences.
• Drive store sales growth by implementing compelling merchandising, showcasing expert product knowledge, and fostering team motivation.
• Keep the store presentation in line with Shoe Carnival guidelines by following prescribed standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to propel team members towards achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure operational success and effective implementation of store projects.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Key Holder:

• Showing strength in leadership capabilities and proficient problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication expertise.
• A high school diploma or an equal certification is a vital requirement.
• Skilled in meeting job demands with flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holiday periods.
• One year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• The minimum age needed is 16 years.
