Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is seeking independent contractors skilled in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general handyman services. As a subcontractor, you will join our extensive network and work on facility maintenance projects for clients across more than 14 states. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct skilled trade-based maintenance and repair services for various facilities.
• Perform tasks as per the work orders with a focus on top-notch quality and efficiency.
• Achieve streamlined project tracking and invoicing procedures through the use of Climbia’s app for work orders.
• Maintain a constant line of communication with Climbia’s account managers to optimize project execution.
• Arrange the logistics involving materials, travel coordination, toll expenditures, parking logistics, and on-site assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Confirmed history of dealing with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance responsibilities.
• Ensuring reliable transportation and required tools are available is crucial in executing tasks.
• Skill in independently managing tasks while upholding a professional service standard.
• Pick either General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or opt for Climbia’s insurance coverage.

Salary:

The pricing structure is adjustable and can be discussed either hourly or for each project completed, Climbia covers the costs for materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments. Payments are made through direct deposit within 7 days of completing the task. A 10% reduction from the job earnings is designated for Climbia’s insurance, providing coverage for site damages up to $10,000.
