HVAC Worker

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is looking to partner with independent contractors for various facility maintenance and general contracting projects. Contractors will handle tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs while serving regional and national multi-site organizations. This partnership allows contractors to be part of Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs and gain access to a steady stream of work.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cover a spectrum of services including electrical work, plumbing tasks, HVAC maintenance, and general repairs
• Interact with Climbia Enterprise LLC account managers to gather job specifics and cater to client needs accordingly
• Implement Climbia’s app for managing work orders to monitor advancements and facilitate the invoicing workflow
• Oversee the logistics of the job, which includes managing materials, arranging travel details, handling toll charges, and taking care of parking arrangements
• Offer clients timely and top-quality service

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficient in the execution of tasks related to trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, or general maintenance
• Dependable, experienced, and detail-conscious
• Performing tasks autonomously while being able to adapt to different schedules
• Accessing essential tools and reliable means of getting around
• The selection between General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance coverage, or the usage of Climbia’s insurance policy

Salary:

Pricing is subject to negotiation, with the flexibility to opt for either hourly rates or project-based charges covering expenses such as materials, travel, tolls, and parking. Payments are managed via direct deposit, following a NET 7 timeline. A portion, amounting to 10%, of the total fees contributes to Climbia’s insurance to safeguard against damages up to $10,000.
