HVAC Mechanic

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is looking to partner with independent contractors for various facility maintenance and general contracting projects. Contractors will handle tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs while serving regional and national multi-site organizations. This partnership allows contractors to be part of Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs and gain access to a steady stream of work.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in multiple fields including electricity, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general maintenance tasks
• Work alongside Climbia Enterprise LLC account managers to coordinate job information and meet client demands effectively
• Utilize Climbia’s work-order management application for monitoring progress and enhancing invoicing efficiency
• Organize and oversee job-related logistics, which involve tasks like managing materials, coordinating travel arrangements, covering toll expenses, and handling parking arrangements
• Offer clients timely and excellent service

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hands-on experience in one or multiple skilled crafts like electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, or general fixing
• Trustworthy, expert, and thorough
• Being able to perform tasks independently while having a adaptable schedule
• Having access to essential equipment and reliable transportation
• Either General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance coverage or the utilization of Climbia’s insurance policy

Salary:

Flexible pricing structures are available, allowing for discussions on rates and the choice between hourly or per-project fees that encompass costs like materials, travel, tolls, and parking. Payments are facilitated through direct deposit, with a specified payment deadline of NET 7. A portion of the fees, equivalent to 10%, is earmarked for Climbia’s insurance, extending coverage for damages up to $10,000.
