Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer top-quality service in one or more trades such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general repairs.
• Act swiftly on work orders and finish projects in line with client expectations.
• Make use of Climbia’s platform for work orders to supervise tasks and handle invoicing operations.
• Employ effective communication methods with Climbia account managers to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the services provided.
• Preserve a secure and professional work environment across all sites of work.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recognized work history in the trade of facility maintenance or general contracting.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and adept verbal and written communication.
• Reliable transportation and tools tailored to the trade’s needs are a necessity.
• Climbia encourages selecting General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, with additional coverage options offered.

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project all expenses (materials, travel, tolls, parking, assessments) covered. Payment via direct deposit (NET 7). A 10% deduction for Climbia’s insurance covers damages up to $10,000.
