Job Summary:

As a subcontractor, you will deliver maintenance and repair services to commercial clients in various industries. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks within the realm of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general servicing.
• Effectively manage assignments by utilizing the features of the Climbia app for work-order management.
• Collaborate with account managers to gain clarity on client needs and maintain updated information.
• Provide clients with efficient and top-quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor at their locations.
• Undertake the task of sending job completion details and invoices efficiently utilizing Climbia’s online platform.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Confirmed experience in at least one trade area like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general handy work.
• Working independently, time management skills, and clear communication abilities are necessary.
• Having standard tools and equipment essential to your trade in your possession.
• Insurance protection is offered through General Liability or Workers’ Compensation, or you can enroll in Climbia’s policy by paying a fee for each task.
