Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Operations Lead:

• Emphasize the importance of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service consistently.
• Achieve higher sales results by employing strategic merchandising approaches, in-depth product expertise, and team motivation.
• Follow Shoe Carnival guidelines to ensure the store’s visual standards are maintained.
• Provide leadership and direction to propel team members towards achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Aid in the smooth running of store operations and successful execution of initiatives as directed by the General Manager.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Operations Lead:

• Possessing formidable leadership skills along with a talent for resolving issues.
• Skilled in conveying thoughts effectively and building relationships.
• A high school diploma or similar certification is essential.
• Proficiency in adapting to a flexible work schedule that includes weekends, nights, and holiday shifts.
• Preference is given to candidates with one year of prior experience in customer service and managing cash transactions.
• It is required to be a minimum of 16 years old.

Salary:

Starting payrate of $11.75 per hour
