Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Team Leader:

• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction levels.
• Increase store revenue through effective merchandising strategies, extensive product knowledge, and team engagement.
• Follow Shoe Carnival guidelines to ensure the store’s visual standards are maintained.
• Assist in steering and supporting team members to meet both sales targets and operational objectives effectively.
• Aid in the smooth running of store operations and successful execution of initiatives as directed by the General Manager.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Team Leader:

• Displaying adept leadership qualities while effectively solving problems.
• Mastery in articulating thoughts and engaging with others through communication.
• A high school diploma or a corresponding qualification is a prerequisite.
• Capability to adapt to a varied work timetable that includes shifts on weekends, nights, and holidays.
• One year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• A minimum age of 16 years is a prerequisite.
