HVAC Specialist

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is looking to partner with independent contractors for various facility maintenance and general contracting projects. Contractors will handle tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs while serving regional and national multi-site organizations. This partnership allows contractors to be part of Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs and gain access to a steady stream of work.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of services related to different trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work
• Partner with account managers at Climbia Enterprise LLC to understand job requirements and fulfill client needs efficiently
• Make use of Climbia’s app for managing work orders to track developments and streamline the invoicing system
• Take charge of job logistics, including the organization of materials, planning travel logistics, covering toll costs, and managing parking logistics
• Provide customers with quick and high-quality support

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency gained through working in a trade, such as electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC tasks, or general repairs
• Dependable, skilled, and attentive to details
• Demonstrating the capability to work alone with flexibility in scheduling
• Possessing the necessary tools and modes of conveyance
• Choosing between General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance coverage, or opting for Climbia’s insurance policy

Salary:

Adjustable rates are offered, presenting the opportunity to select between hourly or per-project charges that factor in expenses such as materials, travel, tolls, and parking. Transactions are executed via direct deposit and adhere to a NET 7 payment schedule. A segment of the fees is earmarked for Climbia’s insurance, providing protection for damages up to $10,000 with a 10% deduction.
