Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute expert manual labor services encompassing repairs, upkeep, and installations.
• Initiate communication with account managers at Climbia Enterprise LLC to gain insight into the project’s necessities.
• Employ our specialized work-order system to track assignments and handle billing processes.
• Ensure that the job is completed to meet the standards set by the client and safety protocols.
• Oversee project logistics which encompass procuring materials, arranging transportation, and facilitating appraisals as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Established track record in a skilled craft like electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or various repairs.
• Access to dependable transportation and appropriate tools for carrying out trade activities.
• Proficient in both communication and resolving issues is key.
• Competence to operate alone and finish assignments within deadlines.
• - It is recommended to have General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or you can select our policy where deductions are made per job.

Salary:

Pricing for projects or hourly work is flexible and can be discussed based on competitiveness and negotiation, with the possibility of covering job-related expenses like materials, travel costs, tolls, and parking. There is the option of acquiring insurance for damages with a 10% fee, covering up to $10,000.
