Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored trade services including electrical installations, plumbing work, HVAC maintenance, painting projects, or general repairs.
• Meet customer expectations by delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.
• Support clients with multiple facilities by collaborating closely with Climbia’s account managers.
• Take advantage of Climbia’s work-order management platform to enhance job monitoring and invoicing procedures.
• Abide by the protocols outlined by the website to ensure a secure and professional service environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Established track record in one or more facility maintenance disciplines.
• Excellent communication abilities and self-sufficiency in task execution.
• Reliable ways of getting around and required gear for trade occupations.
• Preferred insurance options include General Liability and Workers’ Compensation coverage, with Climbia providing optional additional policies for interested parties.

Salary:

Rates are adjustable and can be tailored to be either hourly or project-based, with full coverage of expenses like materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments. Payments will be settled through direct deposit within a week (NET 7). Additionally, a 10% discount accounts for Climbia’s insurance, offering protection for damages up to $10,000.
