Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is seeking reliable and skilled independent contractors to join our network. Contractors will work on various facility maintenance and general contracting projects, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs. These positions involve servicing regional and national multi-site organizations as part of Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform trade-specific services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs
• Communicate with Climbia Enterprise LLC account managers for project coordination
• Utilize the work-order management app for job tracking and invoicing
• Ensure quality and timely completion of projects
• Handle all job-related logistics, including materials, travel, and on-site assessments

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in one or more skilled trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, general repairs)
• Reliable and professional with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule
• Access to necessary tools and reliable transportation
• Insurance coverage (General Liability or Workers’ Compensation) or use of Climbia’s policy

Salary:

Contractors can choose hourly or project-based payment options, with negotiable rates and all expenses (materials, travel, tolls, parking) covered a 10% deduction per job applies for those opting into Climbia’s insurance, covering damages up to $10,000.
