Client Care Advisor

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions with members, addressing inquiries related to insurance products and services.
• Assist members with quotes, policy changes, billing inquiries, and other insurance-related matters.
• Utilize knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements to provide accurate advice and solutions to members.
• Maintain appropriate licenses and registrations as required.
• Navigate multiple systems and programs to efficiently assist members across various communication channels.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to provide professional and clear assistance to members.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while using various business applications.
• Willingness to acquire necessary licenses and registrations within the specified timeframe.
• Previous experience in customer contact or sales roles preferred.
• Military experience or affiliation with the military community is a plus.

Salary:

The hiring range for this position is $45,010 to $47,510.
