Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is an industry leader in facility maintenance and general contracting services. We are seeking independent subcontractors to join our network. Contractors will provide specialized services across trades like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs to commercial clients in the northeast as part of our Integrated Facilities Management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer a comprehensive range of facility maintenance services covering trades like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting
• Execute tasks promptly and with excellence, following client-provided instructions
• Efficiently monitor job statuses and generate invoices by utilizing Climbia’s work-order management app
• Join forces with Climbia’s account managers to establish effective communication strategies and monitor job progress
• Uphold professionalism and safety protocols at client locations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Validated expertise in one or more of the listed trades, encompassing electrical work, plumbing services, HVAC maintenance, painting projects, and general handyman repair
• Demonstrating a solid work ethic and skill in working autonomously
• Trustworthy transportation and indispensable trade equipment
• The possession of legitimate paperwork is necessary for employment eligibility in the United States
• A preference is for General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or the option of utilizing Climbia’s insurance policy is on the table
