Job Duties and Responsibilities of Distribution Center Associate:
- Skillfully operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for product movement.
- Structure and palletize items to build accurate orders tailored to customers.
- Practice safe working habits in environments with different temperature ranges, encompassing refrigerated, non-refrigerated, and frozen zones.
- Attend to all duties with thoroughness and a concentration on ensuring quality and precision in all endeavors.

Qualifications and Experience of Distribution Center Associate:
- An individual needs to have completed 18 years of life.
- Very little relevant work experience, not exceeding a year.
- Regularly transport items with weights between 10 and 75 pounds, with a possibility of occasionally moving objects as heavy as 100 pounds.
- Having a maximum height of 6 feet and being capable of standing on foot for 10 to 12 hours each day.
- Able to handle tasks in cold environments like walk-in coolers and freezers.
- The ideal candidate should possess one year of hands-on experience operating electric pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Candidates with a background in physically demanding roles such as warehouse work or the military are sought after.
