Job Summary of Seasonal Sales Associate:

This position supports all daily store operations with a focus on delivering excellent guest service, supporting merchandising initiatives, and maintaining brand consistency. The role involves both individual responsibilities and team collaboration to create a positive and seamless shopping experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Seasonal Sales Associate:

• Provide unparalleled customer service to support store revenue and build guest loyalty.
• Increase engagement by informing and encouraging guests about loyalty and credit programs.
• Ensure compliance with the established guidelines for maintaining the store layout, overseeing product flow, and operational procedures.
• Put into practice the company’s software, systems, and routines to carry out daily tasks.
• Join forces with team members to achieve store targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Follow through with other duties as designated by store leaders.

Qualifications and Experience of Seasonal Sales Associate:

• Relevant prior experience in customer service is preferred.
• Having effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential qualities.
• Capability to function autonomously or in a group setting in order to troubleshoot issues and accomplish objectives.
• Emphasizing a guest-centric mindset by combining positivity, precision, and thorough task execution.
• Capable of effectively navigating Zebra mobile computers and POS technology.
• Showing a willingness to be flexible with work hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
