Job Summary:

Tasks will consist of offering facility maintenance and general contracting services like electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs for clients in diverse areas. By engaging in their Integrated Facilities Management programs, contractors will have the opportunity to collaborate with well-known regional and national organizations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accomplish proficient trade responsibilities according to the demands of clients and established industry benchmarks
• Enhance communication strategies for improved engagement with account managers and clients at Climbia Enterprise LLC
• Utilize Climbia’s app for work orders to manage tasks and facilitate the invoicing process smoothly
• Meeting deadlines and delivering quality work consistently is crucial for project success
• Administer on-site evaluations, travel coordination, and logistical support if needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Having experience in trades such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, painting, or general repairs can be beneficial
• Shows a commitment to professional standards and meticulousness in work execution
• Having the proper tools and mobility options within reach
• Aptitude to autonomously operate while accommodating a flexible schedule
• - Access to insurance coverage can be obtained through General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, or by participating in Climbia’s policy

Salary:

Competitive pricing is available and can be tailored to suit the specific requirements of the project or be based on an hourly rate. All relevant job-related expenses, which may include materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments, will be covered. Contractors who select Climbia’s insurance policy can take advantage of a 10% deduction, offering protection for damages up to $10,000.
