Maintenance Subcontractor

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is currently in search of a competent and dependable individual to join their growing team. They specialize in facility maintenance and general contracting services in multiple northeastern states. This role is suitable for tradespeople experienced in electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general handyman services, with the benefit of flexible schedules and a steady flow of projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide top-level assistance in one or more trade specialties including electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs.
• Attend to service orders promptly and fulfill projects in accordance with client expectations.
• Utilize Climbia’s system for work orders to monitor tasks efficiently and streamline invoicing tasks.
• Implement efficient communication strategies to liaise effectively with Climbia account managers and optimize service accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster a workplace culture that prioritizes professionalism and safety at every job site.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrable expertise in facility maintenance or general contracting.
• Competent in addressing issues through strategic thinking and effective communication.
• It is imperative to have dependable transportation and trade-specific tools for the task at hand.
• While General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance is recommended, Climbia also offers optional coverage for clients.

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project all expenses (materials, travel, tolls, parking, assessments) covered. Payment via direct deposit (NET 7). A 10% deduction for Climbia’s insurance covers damages up to $10,000.
