Job Summary of Sales Lead:

The main duty of this position is to aid in the running of the store on a daily basis by providing guidance, direction, and leadership to employees to maintain exceptional service and merchandising standards. This role is pivotal in developing talent, ensuring guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency in a high-paced retail environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Lead:

  • Facilitate the advancement, mentorship, and commitment of team members by actively leading and engaging with them.
  • Empower team members with knowledge of store credit and loyalty programs to elevate the overall guest experience.
  • Manage store merchandising protocols and oversee stock flow and operational methods for uniformity.
  • Utilize business reports for assessing store performance and determining opportunities for development.
  • Effectively apply company software, systems, and standard procedures to achieve operational success.
  • Drive the team to accomplish their objectives by offering consistent coaching, recognition, and clear communication.
  • Foster a teamwork-oriented and encouraging environment that enhances guest delight and staff engagement.
  • Complete other duties as delegated.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Lead:

  • This position requires a High School Diploma or a comparable substitute as a qualification.
  • It is recommended that applicants possess 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
  • Possessing proficient interpersonal skills and effective communication prowess.
  • Competence in both solo work and collaborative tasks within a team framework.
  • Displays adeptness in overcoming obstacles and arranging responsibilities competently.
  • Competent in the operation of Zebra PDA devices, POS software, Microsoft Office suites, and scheduling tools attained through practical exposure.
  • Capacity to work during non-traditional times, such as mid-shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successful job performance mandates having ample vision, speech communication, auditory reception, and physical capacity, with or without reasonable modifications.
  • Must be capable of managing objects that weigh a minimum of 20 pounds by lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
  • The job mandates the candidate to have the agility for full body mobility, which includes bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable commute are essential criteria for this role.
