Handyman Technician

Job Summary:

At Climbia Enterprise LLC, we are recognized for our excellence in facility maintenance and general contracting services. We are in search of independent subcontractors to expand our workforce. The contractors will be responsible for providing specialized services in fields like electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs to our commercial clients in the northeast region through our Integrated Facilities Management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver facility upkeep solutions encompassing trades like electricity, plumbing, HVAC systems, and painting tasks
• Ensure tasks are completed promptly and up to standard as outlined by the client
• Take advantage of Climbia’s app for overseeing job progress and creating invoices seamlessly
• Collaborate closely with Climbia’s account managers to facilitate efficient exchange of information and monitor project developments
• Ensure safety and professionalism are maintained at all times on client premises

Qualifications and Experience:

• Established skill set in one or multiple areas such as electrical installations, plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, painting projects, and general handyman duties
• Showing dedication and self-sufficiency in performing job responsibilities
• Trustworthy methods of travel and required instruments for commerce
• Having valid paperwork is a requirement for individuals seeking employment in the U.S
• General Liability or Workers’ Compensation coverage is preferred, or the option to enroll in Climbia’s insurance scheme is available
