Job Summary:

DISH is calling on you to join its accomplished Inside Sales & Retention team as a Retention Account Executive. Your contribution to the team includes influencing customer decisions on DISH's products and services, thus forming an integral part of the decision-making process. You are also guaranteed a base pay of $17.75/hour, with aual target sales of $64,000 and top performers exceeding six figures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help customers make informed choices by providing clear and concise explanations of the DISH and Boost offerings during inbound calls.
• Analyze the particular requests of each client and propose customized alternatives that provide the best value.

• Excelling as a sales contributor requires mastering time management skills, remaining open to new and creative techniques, and actively seeking advancement within the company.
• Developing and managing relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional service and fulfillment is vital to business success.
• Precisely document customer data to enable hassle-free retrieval and follow-up.
• Offer remarkable customer service by paying close attention to customer concerns and responding to them promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Exceptional abilities in expressing thoughts, ideas, and concepts through verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Educational qualifications for this position include a high school diploma and preference is given to college graduates.
• It is obligatory for all applicants to go through necessary pre-employment evaluations, which involve a drug test.
• A vital requirement for applicants is to work full-time and be physically present at one of DISH's Direct Sales facilities.
• Unrestricted operational flexibility to work as per assigned schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• To meet the standards, it is vital to have a smartphone or any other device that can coect to a network.
