Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer specialized trade services like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance.
• Provide prompt and excellent craftsmanship to fulfill client needs.
• Work together with Climbia’s account managers to assist in addressing the requirements of clients with multiple locations.
• Use Climbia’s work-order management system for efficient monitoring of tasks and billing processes.
• Follow the rules of the website and guarantee a secure and business-appropriate service setting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated background in at least one trade related to facility maintenance.
• Proficient in effective communication and adept at completing tasks autonomously.
• Dependable means of transportation and essential equipment for skilled labor.
• It is recommended to have General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance in force, with a preference for active policies. Additional coverage can be obtained through Climbia if desired.

Salary:

Rates are open to negotiation and can be either hourly or per project, including coverage of all expenses such as materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments. Payment is made through direct deposit with a payment term of NET 7. A 10% reduction is applied to account for Climbia’s insurance, which provides coverage for damages up to $10,000.
