By joining as a subcontractor, you will be part of a vast network focusing on facility maintenance projects for clients in more than 14 states. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform professional facility upkeep and repair work within your specific trade.
• Execute work orders in a timely manner while upholding superior quality standards.
• Enhance project tracking and invoicing processes by implementing Climbia’s work-order management software.
• Coordinate with Climbia’s account managers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Oversee the logistics for materials, travel logistics, toll management, parking coordination, and on-site evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Verified background in electrical tasks, plumbing assignments, HVAC maintenance, painting projects, or general repair duties.
• Trustworthy transportation and vital tools are crucial for the successful completion of tasks.
• Exhibiting the capability to work solo while maintaining a professional level of service.
• Decide on General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or participate in Climbia’s insurance scheme.

Salary:

Rates are flexible and can be discussed hourly or for each project, Climbia includes expenses such as materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments in their pricing. Payment will be made via direct deposit within seven days of completing the job. A 10% deduction from the job payment is allocated for Climbia’s insurance, covering site damages up to $10,000.
