This position leads multiple retail locations within a defined district, focusing on maximizing sales, profitability, and operational effectiveness. The role is responsible for building high-performing teams, executing strategic plans, and ensuring consistent delivery of an exceptional in-store guest experience. Emphasis is placed on leadership, accountability, training, and aligning with corporate values and standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Operations Manager:

• Collaborate closely with store teams to influence key performance indicators by shaping sales strategies, operational plans, and customer service initiatives.
• Outline precise goals for Store Managers and ensure answerability through regular performance assessments and feedback sessions.
• Devise and execute weekly and monthly initiatives that are designed to support the business priorities and enhance overall performance.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, company procedures, and technological advancements that impact district operations.
• Intensify measures for loss prevention and oversee compliance with strategies to curb shrink.
• Visit the store on a regular basis to assess operations and showcase positive interactions with customers.
• Advocate for synergies between field staff and corporate divisions such as Procurement, Distribution, and Promotions.
• Encourage uniform and clear communication strategies within both field and corporate management hierarchies.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Operations Manager:

• Candidates with extensive experience in multi-unit retail management are preferred.
• Competent leadership prowess and effective decision-making aptitude.
• Proven track record of success in forming, nurturing, and leading accomplished teams.
