Your main task will be to offer top-tier assistance to clients via inbound calls, addressing complex issues effectively, and providing personalized recommendations. Comprehensive training programs and the opportunity to secure licenses like the Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 await you through the Schwab Service Academy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Financial Consultant:

• Offer guidance to clients regarding investment tactics, market operations, and plans for retirement savings.
• Handle customer queries and devise solutions for challenging issues.
• Aid customers in understanding and utilizing Schwab’s array of financial tools and resources.
• Be proactive in managing customer communications and follow through promptly.
• Enroll in the Schwab Service Academy with the goal of achieving the required licensing.
• Keep yourself knowledgeable about industry developments and be flexible in response to market fluctuations.

Qualifications and Experience of Financial Consultant:

• The expectation is to be present full-time in the office during the training phase and then move to a hybrid work model.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnight periods.
• Prior involvement in handling customer inquiries and cultivating client connections.
• Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related areas.
• Desire to gain knowledge about the securities industry and its relationship with financial markets.
• Proficient in conveying ideas, persuading others, and resolving issues competently.
• Skill in operating numerous computer applications proficiently.
• Possessing a team-focused mentality and a keen enthusiasm for collaboration.
