Cooling Technician

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is looking to partner with independent contractors for various facility maintenance and general contracting projects. Contractors will handle tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs while serving regional and national multi-site organizations. This partnership allows contractors to be part of Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs and gain access to a steady stream of work.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer a versatile range of services that include electrical tasks, plumbing work, HVAC services, and general maintenance
• Assist Climbia Enterprise LLC account managers in coordinating job details and fulfilling client expectations effectively
• Utilize Climbia’s app for managing work orders to track progress efficiently and streamline the invoicing process
• Undertake responsibility for all job-related logistics, which involve tasks like managing materials, arranging travel details, covering toll charges, and addressing parking arrangements
• Offer clients timely and outstanding service

Qualifications and Experience:

• Competent in performing duties related to various trades, such as electrical work, plumbing services, HVAC tasks, or general repairs
• Reliable, professional, and meticulous
• The skill set to work independently and manage a schedule that can be adjusted as needed
• Being equipped with essential tools and reliable transportation options
• The decision between General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance coverage, or using Climbia’s insurance plan

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project expenses covered (materials, travel, tolls, parking) payment via direct deposit (NET 7). 10% deduction for Climbia’s insurance, covering damages up to $10,000.
