Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Team Lead:

• Work towards exceeding customer expectations to create a positive and fulfilling service encounter.
• Achieve higher sales results by employing strategic merchandising approaches, in-depth product expertise, and team motivation.
• Make sure the store’s presentation aligns with Shoe Carnival guidelines by upholding visual standards.
• Help team members navigate towards achieving sales targets and operational goals through leadership and direction.
• Help facilitate the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations and executing planned initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Team Lead:

• Proficient in demonstrating leadership prowess and tackling problems effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication capabilities.
• Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent is compulsory.
• Proficient in adjusting availability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• One year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• One must have surpassed the age of 15 to be considered.

Salary:

Hourly wage starting point: $11.75
