They offer facility maintenance and general contracting services in more than 14 northeastern states. This opportunity is well-suited for tradespeople with experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general handyman services, providing flexible schedules and a steady stream of projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional workmanship in various trade specialties including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance.
• Address service requests promptly and accomplish projects to satisfy client requirements.
• Utilize Climbia’s work-order management tool to track assignments and streamline invoicing processes.
• Ensure that communication with Climbia account managers is both precise and efficient to maintain accuracy and effectiveness in service delivery.
• Maintain professionalism and safety standards at all job sites.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience in facility maintenance or general contracting.
• Skilled in resolving problems and proficient in interpersonal communication.
• Essential for the job are dependable transportation options and trade-specific tools.
• Climbia provides the choice between General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, with further optional coverage available.

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project all expenses (materials, travel, tolls, parking, assessments) covered. Payment via direct deposit (NET 7). A 10% deduction for Climbia’s insurance covers damages up to $10,000.
