Job Summary of Assistant Store Manager:
Support daily store operations by providing exceptional customer service, leading a team, and driving sales and profitability. Assist in managing store performance, inventory, and operational processes to ensure efficiency and success.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Store Manager:
- Deliver superior customer service to maximize market presence and store profitability.
- Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement.

- Ensure store operations align with company goals and standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction by resolving service and sales inquiries.
- Support the store manager in leading and managing store operations.
- Supervise and train team members to achieve business goals.
- Oversee inventory control, asset management, and safety protocols.
- Ensure a clean and organized store environment, including sales floor, stockroom, and delivery vehicles.
- Implement company marketing programs and drive operational improvements.
- Build strong customer relationships and enhance in-store and phone interactions.
Qualifications and Experience of Assistant Store Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses preferred.
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket, retail, or service industry preferred.
- Passion for customer service and relationship building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with cataloging or inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed.
- Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries.
- Experience in parts stores, auctions, retail, auto body, or food service management.
- ASE certifications.
- Strong customer-first approach.
