Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is currently recruiting dependable and experienced independent contractors to join its network. These contractors will be tasked with working on a range of facility maintenance and general contracting projects, encompassing electrical tasks, plumbing jobs, HVAC services, painting projects, and general maintenance duties. They will be responsible for assisting regional and national multi-site businesses through Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide services tailored to specific trades like electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, painting, as well as general maintenance and repairs
• Engage in communication with account managers from Climbia Enterprise LLC to ensure project alignment
• Utilize the app for managing work orders, tracking job progress, and creating invoices
• Ensure that projects are completed with both timeliness and excellence
• Organize job-related logistics, encompassing materials, travel logistics, and on-site appraisals

Qualifications and Experience:

• Competence in carrying out tasks related to skilled trades such as electrical work, plumbing services, HVAC repairs, painting assignments, and general maintenance work
• Consistent and expert with a keen eye for detail
• Capacity to independently manage tasks with a schedule that can be adjusted
• Availability of required resources and trustworthy modes of commuting
• Climbia’s policy implementation may necessitate the presence of insurance coverage, including General Liability or Workers’ Compensation

Salary:

Contractors can opt for payment on an hourly basis or a project-based arrangement, with rates that can be discussed and encompassing all expenses like materials, travel, tolls, and parking. Those who choose to participate in Climbia’s insurance policy will have a 10% deduction per assignment, guaranteeing coverage for damages up to $10,000.
