• Employ Climbia’s platform for job tracking and invoicing optimization purposes.
• Comply with the site regulations to maintain a safe and professional atmosphere for service provision.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Confirmed expertise in one or multiple maintenance trades within a facility.
• Skilled in clear and concise communication and capable of working without constant supervision.
• Trustworthy conveyance and essential instruments for vocational tasks.
• Climbia offers optional insurance coverage for those who have a preference for General Liability or Workers’ Compensation policies. Having active insurance in these areas is encouraged.

Salary:

Pricing is flexible and can be discussed to suit your needs, whether on an hourly basis or for specific project requirements. All expenses, including materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments, will be taken care of as part of the agreement. Payment will be processed via direct deposit within a week of completion. Climbia’s insurance policy includes a 10% fee to cover damages up to $10,000.
