Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC, a top-tier facility maintenance and general contracting firm, is in the market for independent subcontractors to complement its team. These subcontractors will tackle facility maintenance tasks across a spectrum of skilled trades like electrical services, plumbing, HVAC repairs, painting, and general handyman duties for clients throughout more than 14 states.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Undertake tasks in electrical repairs, plumbing installations, HVAC servicing, painting assignments, and general maintenance jobs based on the specific requests of clients
• Stick to the project requirements and deadlines outlined by the client
• Harness the power of Climbia’s mobile platform for effective work order management and invoicing
• Report the job’s current standing and any obstacles to Climbia’s account managers
• Adhere to safety regulations and uphold a professional conduct while performing duties at client premises

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated proficiency in specialized trades like electrical work, plumbing services, or HVAC installations
• Dependable, autonomous work ethic emphasizing precision and detail
• Having reliable transportation and standard trade-specific tools is a must
• Permitted to engage in employment in the U.S. with legitimate identification
• Consideration will be given to applicants who possess General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance or qualify for Climbia’s insurance package
