• Educate, motivate, and empower retail staff members to meet their performance objectives.
• Ensure the upkeep of the store’s aesthetics and merchandising guidelines.
• Take charge of inventory processes and offer assistance with logistical operations as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Supervisor:

• A minimum of two years working in retail sales or customer service is mandatory.
