HVAC Engineer

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is looking to partner with independent contractors for various facility maintenance and general contracting projects. Contractors will handle tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs while serving regional and national multi-site organizations. This partnership allows contractors to be part of Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs and gain access to a steady stream of work.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Undertake tasks in diverse trades like electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and general maintenance
• Communicate with Climbia Enterprise LLC account managers to ensure job details are clearly outlined and client expectations are met
• Employ Climbia’s work-order management app to follow progress and optimize the invoicing process
• Handle all logistical aspects of the job, from overseeing materials to arranging travel, covering toll fees, and managing parking facilities
• Ensure clients receive timely and top-tier service

Qualifications and Experience:

• Competence in one or various trades like electrical, plumbing, HVAC installations, or general maintenance duties
• Reputable, skilled, and meticulous
• Having the skill to operate independently and adjust one’s timetable accordingly
• Being equipped with the required implements and transportation options
• Deciding on insurance coverage, General Liability or Workers’ Compensation, or utilizing Climbia’s insurance plan

Salary:

Negotiable pricing plans are in place, allowing for customization of rates and the preference for hourly or project-specific fees inclusive of expenditures like materials, travel, tolls, and parking. Payments are settled via direct deposit within a NET 7 time frame. A 10% reduction is allocated towards Climbia’s insurance, offering coverage for damages up to $10,000.
