Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is seeking skilled and dependable role to join our expanding network. We provide facility maintenance and general contracting services in over 14 northeastern states. This opportunity is ideal for tradespeople experienced in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general handyman services, offering flexible schedules and steady project availability.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality service in one or more trade specialties: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general repair.
• Respond promptly to work orders and complete projects according to client expectations.
• Utilize Climbia’s work-order management platform to track assignments and manage invoicing.
• Communicate effectively with Climbia account managers to ensure service accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a professional and safe work environment at each job site.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven trade experience in facility maintenance or general contracting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and trade-specific tools required.
• General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance preferred; optional coverage available through Climbia.

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project all expenses (materials, travel, tolls, parking, assessments) covered. Payment via direct deposit (NET 7). A 10% deduction for Climbia’s insurance covers damages up to $10,000.
