Drain Technician

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is seeking independent contractors skilled in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general handyman services. As a subcontractor, you will join our extensive network and work on facility maintenance projects for clients across more than 14 states. This role offers flexibility, consistent work opportunities, and collaboration with a trusted provider of integrated facilities management services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver facility upkeep and repair services specific to your trade skills.
• Adhere to quality guidelines while efficiently completing all assigned work orders.
• Optimize project monitoring and invoicing operations by utilizing Climbia’s work-order management app.
• Partner with Climbia’s account management team to streamline project delivery processes.
• Facilitate the logistics for materials, travel planning, toll allocation, parking logistics, and on-site appraisals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven capability in carrying out electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general repair tasks.
• Adequate transportation and essential tools are needed to successfully complete assignments.
• Demonstrating independence in work execution alongside maintaining a professional service level.
• Choose between General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or opt for Climbia’s insurance protection.

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project Climbia covers materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments. Payment via direct deposit within 7 days of job completion. A 10% job deduction applies for Climbia’s insurance, covering site damages up to $10,000.
