Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is in search of dependable and proficient freelancers to become part of our team. These contractors will be responsible for a range of tasks related to facility upkeep and construction work, such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance. They will be involved in projects that support regional and national multi-site businesses through Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management initiatives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out specialized tasks relating to trades such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, painting, and various repair services
• Initiate contact with Climbia Enterprise LLC account supervisors to synchronize project efforts
• Employ the work-order management application to monitor tasks and generate invoices efficiently
• Guarantee the delivery of projects on time and to high standards
• Manage all work-related arrangements, such as supplies, transportation, and site evaluations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in one or multiple specialized crafts such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, painting, and general maintenance
• Dependable and skilled with a focus on precision
• Demonstrating the capacity to work autonomously with a customizable timetable
• Access to essential equipment and dependable means of travel
• Utilization of Climbia’s policy involves either obtaining insurance coverage such as General Liability or Workers’ Compensation

Salary:

Contractors have the flexibility to select between receiving payment by the hour or based on the project’s scope, with customizable rates and all costs (such as materials, transportation, tolls, and parking) included. A 10% reduction per assignment is applicable for individuals who decide to enroll in Climbia’s insurance plan, which provides coverage for damages up to $10,000.
