Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is in search of independent contractors to become part of a dependable pool of expert tradespeople. Responsibilities will involve providing facility maintenance and general contracting services, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs for clients in various locations. Through their Integrated Facilities Management programs, contractors will have the chance to work with leading regional and national organizations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out specialized trade assignments as per the needs of customers and in compliance with standard practices of the field
• Facilitate seamless interactions between Climbia Enterprise LLC’s account managers and their clients
• Make use of Climbia’s work-order application to handle tasks effectively and generate invoices seamlessly
• Ensuring timely delivery and consistent high quality is key for all projects
• Supervise on-site inspections, travel logistics, and coordination as demanded

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in tasks like electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, painting, or general maintenance is advantageous
• Upholds a reputation for being dependable and diligent, displaying a keen eye for details
• Ability to reach necessary instruments and modes of transportation
• Skill to work independently and uphold a fluid timetable
• - Customers have the choice to opt for insurance coverage via General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, or by joining Climbia’s policy

Salary:

Rates are competitive and can be customized to fit the needs of each project or on an hourly basis. Along with the base pricing, any expenses tied to the job, such as materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments, will be accounted for. Contractors who decide to use Climbia’s insurance policy are eligible for a 10% reduction, providing coverage for damages up to $10,000.
