Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for accurately picking parts, sorting them for proper customer distribution, and packing them for shipment. The position also includes operating material handling equipment and ensuring that shipments match customer specifications. Attention to detail and a focus on safety are crucial aspects of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Pick parts utilizing various processes and procedures, including RF scanning.
• Ensure shipment of correct quantities or part numbers as indicated by customer paperwork.
• Operate material handling equipment and hand-operated tools in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Salary:

• $20.43 per hour (2nd shift, Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am).
• Overtime as required (including occasional Saturdays).
• Pay Increase of $2+ per hour for those who successfully complete Forklift Certification (90-120 days post-hire).
